Apologies if this has been posted before.

Acronis are giving away Acronis True Image v7 for free!!!! Grab it while you can. I don't know how long it will be available for.
It is an older version but still worth having.
It is a very good utility for creating hard drive images. There are reviews on the web you can read.

Go to the following link:
Acronis True Image v7 Registration Page

You need to at least give them your name and e-mail address.

In return they will send you a email to register,
click it get a registration password and click the link to
register, and they will send you the serial number.

Login using your e-mail and the registration password they give you in the above step.

After login you should be at the following page on their site:
Acronis True Image My Products Page

Click on registered products and you will see your products (Acronis True Image 7.0 English)
Click on the plus sign next to it
It will expand giving you all the details.

Use the link to download the files. There are two:

1. Click on the link titled:
Download installation file if you lost your copy of the program. (File size: 21.57 MB)
This is the original version 7 download.

2. Click on the link titled:
Get update
This is the last available update for this version.

To install:
Install the original v7 and then the update.

You can also go to the personal profile and update your details as you wish including your login password to something you will remember.

Thanks for that. I guess I should have done a search before posting.

Anyway the full detail of how to get the files is given so hopefully people won't mind the double post.
