Rosco,

Your CD-ROM drive should be attached to either a soundcard or a CD-ROM interface card. This is an older proprietary drive.

If you have the soundcard and the CD-ROM drive is attached internally to the it with a ribbon cable cable, make sure that the soundcard drivers are installed and the soundcard is working before installing the CD-ROM drivers.

If it is just attached to an interface card you will only need to install the CD-ROM drivers.

In either case, you will use the same CD-ROM drivers. These from the PANASONIC FTP site should work.
