Yes I am having trouble with my computer saying system alert and it keeps doing some pop up. I think I accidentally clicked soemthing, and downloaded something, because I ran the computer in safe mode, and cleaned up a lot of stuff, and it removed some security bar that had come along with all this spyware crap, any help I would greatly appreciate it.

For spyware /adware related issues I have always fo8und "Ad-Aware" to be excellent- I got it from www.download.com ( its one of the top downloads) . Its free and the best around.

Check your processes ( look in taskmanager) for anything that looks suspicious ( using alot of CPU) , look it up ( google) and you may find out what you have.

Run a few different scanners to make sure you are clear.

Maybe get a firewsal lor something for future .
