pctspk.exe (Safe)

Description: From Neuber.com: Belongs to the drivers of PCTEL (HSP) Modems. These modems are often found in notebooks. It"s function could be (not sure) to simulate the speaker of a modem. In my case I found it on a ECS-Desknote. After disabling that process there were no negative effects. Do NOT disable this task if you use the modem!
