Description: From Neuber.com: The Windows Messenger from Microsoft provides Online Chat and Instant Messaging. If you don't use Windows Messenger, you can disable it as follows: Start -> Programs -> Windows Messenger -> Tools -> Options -> Preferences. Uncheck "Run this program when Windows Starts".
