Description: From Neuber.com: "istsvc.exe" is part of ISTbar. This Internet Explorer add-in is spyware and a homepage and search page hijacker. ISTbar may also install other parasites including TinyBar, ToolbarCrash, SearchbarCrash, RapidBlaster and Download Plus.
