ieuser.exe (Safe)

Description: From Neuber.com: The file is located in the folder C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\. If you start Internet Explorer, it will first launches IEUser.exe, which sets the security settings of the Internet Explorer to the medium level. When the Internet Explorer requires administrative privileges (e.g. install an ActiveX), the Admin Broker IEInstall.exe is used (which runs at high integrity).
