How to auto start a batch file

ok you have your normal batch file bla bla bla  (below) but you want it to start when the computer is turned on yes? well here is the code, you can change were it will go, but dont make it hard for yourself and change were it is... just ask 4 any help.

HELP SCRIPT (dont copy)
@echo off
copy "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\random.bat" (WERE YOUR BATCH IS)   "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\random2.bat"(WERE YOU WANT IT TO BE)

COPY SCRIPT (copy)
@echo off
copy "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Desktop\yourbatchname.bat" "C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Start Menu\Programs\Startup\yourbatchname.bat"
