thermaltake 500W power suply

here is the i get comfuded, the vidio card box sais under System requirments, need 400w with 26a on the 12v rail.

The power suply sais it have 2 rails, one of 15a the other of 14a.

So in theroy i have 29a on the 12v rial?
But how does it get distubuted amoung the cords, there is also a 6pin PCI express conector on the power suply. If someone can explain how the 2rails work vs one and how they get distibuted and also wether my power suply is enought to power this system, Thanks

No, the +12v1 rail is used solely by the CPU. It is not shared with the rest of the system. If the CPU only needs 8A, the other 7A are basically wasted. The +12v2 is used by the rest of components that require 12v power...HDDs, optical drives, fans, video cards, etc. 14A isn't a lot to spread around.

You'd be better off with a PSU that has one +12v rail at high amperage. For example, this 550W Corsair unit w/41A on the single +12v rail:
