I just updated to Windows 98 on my windows 95 computer, and now when it tries to read a CD, the computer locks up, or cant open Windows explorer or My Computer.
Answer:
In control panel/system/device manager, click + at CDRom and click on your CDRom drive. Click properties, settings, and uncheck DMA.
