Could someone please tell me where ZoneAlarm keeps it's settings. If my PC crashes ZoneAlarm will revert back to blank settings & i have a list of IP's that i block & it's a bloody pain in the butt having to type them all back in again.

Thankyou

Grimples, are you asking about program controls? If that's the case, simply RIGHTCLICK the ZA icon and select to see the security center, then 'program controls' and you will see a listing which shows how each thing is handled. Perhaps you can keep a copy of the list somewhere for reference if needed?

Nooooooooooooooo
Firewall/Zones. I have quite a few websites & IP's that i totally block from my PC, download.macromedia.com being one of them. Several times i have rebooted my PC & for some reason ZoneAlarm loses ALL settings i have entered. Using the hosts file to redirect sites is not enough for me. eg.When you are on this site, Computing.net you are also connected to these others: a.as-us.falkag.net
www.thruport.com
www.versiontracker.com
www.esupport.com
www.windowsreinstall.com
compnet.us.intellitxt.com
So websites i frequent i BLOCK these sites in ZoneAlarm, i have no wish & should not be forced to have to connect to these other sites. I have several for MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messnger, Webshots & umpteen russian sites.
