Hi I was hopeing someone could help me out with this. I had just recently installed Zone alarm on my computer and when it had asked me if I wanted to allow Generic Host Process for Win32 Services to run...I just clicked 'yes'. Then I found that I could no longer log into MSN Messenger even though I had allowed that as a program to run and I could no longer visit some of my interactive websites such as a Utopia site and another play by post site. So I deleted and uninstalled ZoneAlarm right away and tried again...still I cannot log on. And I checked to see if Hotmail would work...and even it does not work at all....please help me someone I don't know what I did or how to fix it.

Ty,
I have experienced the same problems with ZA Pro 3. here is what I did. AS they came out with upgrades, I installed them as they came out. The problem lies in the "Cookies" section, as well as in the "Ad Blocking". You will need to go into there and completely open them up.You should be able to access MSN Hotmail yadda yadda, after that. At that point start blocking things un til you cannot access. You will then know the security level... yup its a pain but no problems on this end since I did that... Also I received a new update recently, and tossed it out. Am still using 3.7159 Works for me...
Good Luck
