Recently I've formatted my computer and installed zonealarm pro v4.5. All was fine until the next day when I went to use the internet through IE. I couldn't open any pages and it just kept trying to open the page. I found out the problem was ZA. I disabled it and found I could use IE perfectly. I've never had this problem before and I've allowed access rights in ZA for IE. What can I do?

Try deleting the Pro version and installing the standard free one.

I use the pro version without any problems... Don't delete your pro version ! Send an email to support@zonelabs.com explaining the problem and give them a day or so to respond.

Don't run without a firewall! Check if your Windows firewall is blocking IE and/or use the windows firewall until you get zonealarm working.
