Trying to remove Zone Alarm from my computer. Get message: You do not have access to make the required system configuration modification. Please return this installation from an administration account. Dont know where to go from here? Thanks. Paul

You have to have adminastration privledges to remove the program. If you are running under a restricted user account you must log out and log back in as an adminastrator user
if you are using an admin account then you must change the policy settings for zone alarm
