youtube speed too slow

Hi there. Bottom line is that when i click to play a youtube video the response is far too slow and have to wait ages like 7 minutes to play a 5 minute video.

If you think you download speed is low. Try using a program like NetMeter to really see what is going on. It displays a graph of actual downloading verse actual capability of connection. NetMeter
I use this program to check the condition of my connection.
