It is possible but it cost you. You have to pay yahoo for the ability. You can find that information at the yahoo email help page.

Check it out, You used to be able to do it for free then yahoo got the bright idea to start making money for your ability to get your email in outlook express.

As yankanuk said above it is possible and it is free. The web site will tell you otherwise but it is possible to do. I use it and set up additional accounts regularly.
