I have a computer running xp, and when i try to access my yahoo mail via internet explorer(latest version) the computer immediately restarts. It does not do this with firefox. Any ideas or reccomendations? My name is JRComp, and I approve this message.

I do not use IE. So above I just made a comment. ...when i try to access my yahoo mail... At what point is the shutdown, The login page, or the mail inbox list, or the actual viewing of an E-mail ???? At The page prior to the shutdown, click the small word 'help', at the top of that page. Then look carefully around for a method to send mail to Yahoo Support. I have done that before, and got an actual E-mail response from a Support person.
