Yahoo pages won't load

I haven't been able to access my Yahoo Mail for the past few days. "My Yahoo" won't load either. Nothing shows--just a blank page. Sometimes I can't even get to the log in page!(I was able to access all those pages before) I scanned my system with Ad-aware but didn't find any spyware. I also cleared the browser's cache and the history folder. Nothing worked. Can someone please tell me what is going on? I'm using IE 6 and a dial-up connection (Not AOL or Earthlink)

Angela: Yahoo won't load unless you allow them to place cookies on your system.
open IE Tools, Internet Options, Privacy tab, click Edit in the Web Sites box, type in the Yahoo web address and click "Allow".

Also you can try going to Control Panel, Network connections, right click on your ISP, click on properties, click on the tab that says networking, and the button that says settings...make sure the enable lcp is UNchecked! That will cause it sometimes.
