Can anyvody please tell me how to uninstall this annoying yahoo messenger bar. It wont move form my add/remove programmes lsit.

Next the red Y on the browser bar should be a pencil icon, click and at bottom is uninstall selection.

This is not the case, the bar is not visible and when i bring it up it opens a blank grey box to the left of the screen!

Hijackthis may be able to uninstall bar.

You may want to try this third-party utilitie that will do the job.

I've used this utility and it worked. Let me know how that works out for you.
