Does anyone know where I can find the config.sys,win.ini,boot.ini files in XP? I know that they are called something different in this O/S but I can't remember what. Can anybody help me out on this one? TIA

With MSCONFIG in XP Pro, you won't see CONFIG.SYS or AUTOEXEC.BAT. These are relics of the past. Well, sort of. They've gone undercover. You can find them in Windows\System32 under these aliases: CONFIG.NT and AUTOEXEC.NT.
