Xp-Restarts After Logging in

Hi!
I have Dell 599Mhz 128Mb Ram... My system restarts automatically after logging in..
it restarts after 5 minutes , sometimes after 30 minutes it restarts... etc... but it restarts after logging in

Turn off automatic restart. Rightclick My Computer. Select Properties/Advanced / Startup & Recovery Settings. Next time your system crashes you should get to see the BSOD and error message so you can start working out the problem.
I might also mention that running XP with only 128mb ram is a recipe for trouble.
Another possibility is your system is overheating and shutting down to protect the CPU from burnout.
