XP-Corrupted - cannot read NTFS

Hi One of my cutomers is having win-xp home on NTFS . His xp has gone corrupted and not at all booting ( nopt even in safe mode ). He wants to backup his dfata to another hdd before re-formatting it. Pls help. Vishal.

He has to put his HD on another computer with NTFS (put it as slave) and then backup the important files and folders on that computer or copy them to CD's ..
