XP2 UNinstall folders

CPU/Ram: Pentium

I installed XP2. It created some UNinstall folders in the C:\Windows folder in case I want to UNinstall Service Pack 2. I do not want to UNinstall Service Pack 2.

Is it safe to delete these folders?
