XP x64 connection limit

I recently upgraded to Windows XP x64, and I keep getting the connection limit event ID, well before that I had fixed it with the EvID patch, however that patch does not seem to work on XP x64, the limit is really hurting my torrents (it is not the torrents, they have plenty of seeders and are major torrents, OpenOffice, various linux distros) when I was still on x86 I fixed all the problems with the EvID patch, is there something similar I can do for x64?

I suspect it is the driver or driver and card.
Get a fully supported nic card and try it if not already.
I read it wrong and answer it wrong too. So get off my case you peanut.

Runs much more stable on my machine than XP pro, and my card is fully supported, with the most up-to-date driver for it, has nothing to do with my card or driver, everything on this machine is x64 compliant, I can do normal downloads from HTTP/FTP at full speed, I only get the problem when using a torrent or any app that requires multiple peer-to-peer connections.
