Xp Won't start up!!!

I just installed win xp and it was working fine. I then installed easy cd creator, and had to restart, when i restarted ablue screen popped up for a split second that I think said I have to delete the program I just Installed Only problem is Xp won't start up all the way. Is there any way I can Fix this? If not Is there a way I can get to dos b/f xp starts up so I can format my hard drive?, please help me Im in a real bad bind!!!! Thanks
