xp wont install my sound drivers

Using the xp drivers for my terratec dmx 6fire - xp wont recognise where they are even when i locate the folder specifically. After downloading drivers from the website and again choosing the correct folder it still won't install. Any ldeas?

When updating the drivers are you going 'Dont search I will load the drivers' then 'Have A Disk' and browse to the forlder.
