Hi Guys,

I've done a search on this question before, and came up with nil.

I've just recently purchased a cd burner drive, in addition to my normal 52 x cd rom drive. Now, I've tried every single combination I know (i.e made the burner the master, and the 52 the slave, vice verca, slected CS for both, used my HD as the master, and the burner as the slave with the 52 x running of the secondary IDE port, you name it) but the XP just won't allow me to use the second cd drive. By themselves they work fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Tom

why don't you phone the manufacturer. My additional second hard drive wasn't detected but it's good now.

The manufacturer of my cd rom drive, or my computer?

Both cd players work fine on their own though.
