Comment:

Had this system together for a few days, Epox MB, 128 RAM SDRAM, 2 ea 60 gig HD, each partitioned into 30 gig drives, Havent had any problems with HD's, move files back and forth ect.

Now all of a sudden when I go to look at the drives, XP says drives aren't formated would I like to format them.

What happened?

Open Windows Explorer. Do you see two drive icons (C and D)? If you do, right-click each drive and see what it tells you.
