XP VPN to Win2k Server

I have many WinXP Pro laptops that need to connect to my Win2k server.
The server is behind a Linksys VPN/Router which is providing NAT.
I have configured IPSec on the laptops and have seen documentation that Win2K server does not allow for VPN clients to connect to it (it just allows VPN to VPN connections).
What do I need to do to set up the system so the laptops can connect to the server and access files on it?

There should be no problem connecting to your Win 2K servers as the VPN tunnel is being terminated at the Linksys Box, not the 2K server. If the Tunnel is working correctly your server will think the laptops are sitting on the local LAN, and not somewhere remote.
The two things that have to work is 1) You must normally have access to the server (i.e. when you are plugged into the local LAN) 2) Your tunnel from the laptop to the Lynksys box must be up, and you must have connectivity through it to the server (can ping the servers non-routable address)
File access will depend on how you are authenticated to the network. If the Linksys box can authenticate to the domain/AD (either through LDAP, or RADIUS) when you connect then you are laughing and you will be able to browse the network regularly. Otherwise as you connect to shared resources you will need to authenticate to them separately
