XP - Voodoo 2 & Shut Down

I've just installed XP and have experienced a few problems. The first is that I can't find a compatable driver/fix for my 3Dfx Voodoo 2 cartridge & the second is that on shut down, my computer actually restarts. I'd be grateful for any help.
