During boot up the screen goes blank, have tried safe mode, vga mode, last good configuration & recovery mode. Tried other video cards Riva TNT, S3 3d, have a Joytech Bloody Monster (NVIDIA Geoforce 4, 128mb) in right now. Nothing has worked yet. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks for any help!

You cannot boot to safe mode? If not, try clearing and resetting your bios.
If you can boot to safe mode, it would suggest you have either conflicting video drivers installed, or you have your card set to an unsupported resolution and refresh rate. If this is the case, boot to safe and reset to 800x600, 70Hz 256 color , remove all entries for display adapter in device manager.

I've tried reseting BIOS, and can only get the same blank screen even in Safe Mode. I'm wondering wether or not to try disabling certain video services in recovery mode, but I would not know where to start. I know the machine is booting up completely, but the screen is blank. The monitor is working and the video card is seated. It's a viscious circle.
