I have a HP 2200c Scanner and a Creative Webbalster cam. When these 2 devices are plugged in I XP will lock up during boot-up
And I get the following message
"MULTIPLE_IPR_COMPLETE_REQUSETS"
I can unplug either device leaving only 1 device plugged in and it will boot fine.
I have updated all drivers for both devices and have all XP updates. Someone plaese help!!!

Thanks

I would try reinstalling your USB drivers.
