Tried to download the Critical Updates & Service Packs. The "Windows Express Service Pack". It had to be downloaded by itself. I COULD NOT do it. It kept arriving at an ERROR MESSAGE: "fileC:\windows\system32\drivers\netbios.8ys is open or in use by another application".
