I recently added a USB external hard drive on my computer..WInodws XP home ed. The drive shows up as G: under my computer and is working fine. When I go to do a Winodws System restroe the message comes up " changes made to drive G: after this oint cannot be reversed because the drive was wither excluded from System Restore monitoring or was turned off or removed"....
When I go to System Properties and then the system restore tab, under status it show C: monitoring and shows G: turned off. When I click on G: it just highlights it and I cannot make any changes.
My question: How to I get system restore to monitor the external USB hard drive G: ?
