Hi,
I heard that XP has a function by which you can take a 'snapshot' of your computer and later apply it to return to a happier time when there were no crashes. Any idea how to do that?
You can also click on 'backup' to create an image of the hard drive. You'll need sufficient space to load the file, and it can not be on the same drive partition as your OS. You'll also need a floppy disk to create the restore file needed to access the file.
There is also an XP function called 'Help' and it is on your Start menu. If you go to it you will be able to read exactly how to do it. Try it, it's a remarkable document!
