i turn on my computer and all I see for a font is WingDing. I have run antivirus software and tried system restore, but alas, nothing is working. I tried to change display properties (because everything is in wingding) with the theme and in appearance, but still nothing. I have gone into the Fonts folder and there is nothing in there. I am now at a loss. Anybody have any clues?????

It seems more like a sudden change problem than an error. I guess this means that either a virus or tojan or maybe even spyware or adware has done this?
I don't think it's very likely thatthe font could change overnight, do you? Therefore it must be one of the things I just listed. You said you've done some antivirus scans and such?
Hmmm...this is strange. I'm sorry I can't suggest anything to you. Perchance, did the font change when you changed the display properties and then suddenly came back to being wingding?
