Hi, im running xp pro in a hp compaq nx6325. the problem is i cant get passed the ctrl-alt-delete to get the pc started. can anyone please help?
When you press Ctrl-Alt-Delete, do you get a login screen? When did the problem start?
hi, when i press ctrl-alt-delete the screen remains the same. i have tried starting in safe mode but still get the same problem. i havent used the pc for a couple of weeks, and i havent installed any programs.
Have you confirmed that your keyboard is working? Silly question, I know, but sometimes it's the "un" obvious things that are the problem.
