Having applied XP service pack 2 to my PC I started to experience problems when printing. The printing process starting using all of my CPU resulting in me being unable to do anything while printing. I uninstalled SP2 which has resolved the issue. I have a HP 910 cxi. I trawled the NET and can't find any patches. I want to apply SP2 to my PC but don't want to experience the resultant problems. Can anyone help please? Thanks in advance.

*Cries* Another victim of XPSP2...
Let me tell you, you do -not- want to apply SP2. It causes more problems than it fixes. The only thing you might find worthwhile is the popup blocking it gives to Internet Explorer... which you can download as a simple plugin, although I recommend you trash IE altogether and get a safer and more reliable browser like Firefox. (and you also get popup blocking.)
Use the web the way it was meant to be used. Get Firefox.
