ever since i installed sp2 my popups are not working, turned popup blocker off and i still cant get things to open...is this a sp2 bug?

did you mean you turned the popup blocker in SP2 off, or a popup program, as SP2 also contains a popup blocker, to turn it off go to tools then popup blocker and turn off
