Hi Kevin!!!

I have winXP too and i have my task amnager open right now infront of me and i cant find any process by the name DLVD32.

Any way i had a problem too with the XP booting for more than 3 minutes and i found out that if you have any USB device connected (in my case it was a internet camera) it causing the system to boot very slow.

If you have any USB device just disconnect it and try reboot again and see if there is any diffrance.

To be specific on the CPU Usage its

DEVLDR32.EXE

Aparently from what i have seen

DEVLDR32.EXE is a Application for my

Creative Live Value.. Sound Blaster Card..
If anyone else has this problem they now know that DEVLDR32.exe is your sound card.
