XP Shut Down: Rundll32.exe freeze

When i wa shuting down my XP. There is an error msg saying Rundll32.exe is busy or not responding. End now or ignore it. How to get rid of it. Please help me. my email is aries_luv_ppl@yahoo.com

Try running SFC /SCANNOW from the Start menu (note the space) which will scan and repair as necessary, all system files. Hopefully that should clear up the problem.
