Dear All, I have a major problem. Someone reported to me that after they logged on that they didnt receive all there data or applications. After browsing through documents and settings, i found there profile. So i copied there documents and desktop shortcuts from there profile to this profile they had logged in with, not realizing that there original profile was corrupt, therefore had logged them on with a temp profile. So after moving there files, i logged off and back on, and guess what, it had lost all there documents and everything! I have browsed through the profile on the hard disk, but cant find anything, is there a way to get this back?? I have performed a restore using xp's restore and it has restored all my shortcuts and apps, and my document folders but no files. Anyway to get the files back??? Anyone?
