OKay I need help.. HP Pavillion 541c running XP Pro restarts when right clicking on display properties and on any attempt to access display through control panel. I reloaded XP ran norton and still cant find out what is causing it.

I tried upgrading the video driver, still get reboots. I even tried another video card same results...Does anyone have any other ideas?
