First off i have 2 accounts, a home account and a private one which is password protected. i recent have a problem loggin on to my home account. Windows required me to enter a password but i didn't set one up for that account what's even worst is i can't logon to my private account either even witht he right password. now this incident happend ONLY when i log off and logon to another account. the error message i recieved was "The system could not log you on. The server authenticating you reported an error (0xC00000BB). You can find further details in the event log. Please report this error to the system administrator. " but when i restart my computer it lets me logon and works normally but when i log off the same problem happens. does anyone know if it's a bug or a worm/virus.

If your problem is not Smart card related logon, then your WinXP Pro may not have all the required Updates. Installing SP2 and other required Updates to may be helpful in that case. M

i have the same issue but it tells me that i need to enter a password .. and when i do i get a error saying "wrong password" but i reboot and i can login .. . anythhing i can do?
