Comment:

Recently I've been trying to use Remote Assitance to connect to friends computers around the world and help them with Windows problems that they're having.

We have no problem in connecting and having their screen displayed on my computer, but whenever I try to gain control of their PC (mouse etc) the pop-up box appears on their screen to choose Yes or No, but they can only click on the No option. Yes is visible but cannot be selected.

Does anyone know why this is, since everything else is working absolutely fine?

Thanks

Thanks CS. I'll give it a try and hopefully that'll solve it.
