I did a clean install of XP on my computer, but now I won't to get rid of it. I've created a Dos boot disk and tried to reformat that way, but it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me how I can reformat my harddrive.

Download a W98 OEM boot disk from www.bootdisk.com and read http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;255867

If you want to wipe drive entirely try:
www.killdisk.com or
http://www.samsung.com/Products/HardDiskDrive/support/faqs/faqs_20000120_0000000036.htm
