Good Morning All!
Your help and/or assitance would be greatly appreciated...
Although power management has already been disabled... everytime I attempt to shut down my computer, it reboots!
Anybody out there, whom would be kind enough to give me a solution for this one?!

I had the same problem. My problem was caused by Roxio's Take Two program. Its part of Roxio's Ez-Cd Creator. If you have this program, uninstall the whole thing, and then reinstall it, without the Take Two program. Hope that helps you out :)

I am having the same problem but have Easy CD Creator 5.02 without Take Two. Did not install it because I could see little use for it.
My son in law is having the problem too and he uses Nero. Does not even own Roxio so there must be other causes too.
