This happens with just one game? If it only happens with one game I would reinstall the game. If it still happens I would remove the game from my PC altogether.

What game is it?

The following link is to a thread pertaining to the DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error. I also ran a check for ALCXWDM.SYS and both appear to be a result of your sound card drivers. Try to rollback your drivers, if you recently updated them, or try to update them to the latest version. Else, try disabling the device in device manager and see if you get that error anymore. If you have to disable, of course, you won't be able to get sound while gaming; but, at least you will know what the problem was.

Else, you can try this, but I doubt this is your problem...

Right mouse on desktop. Choose Properties. Click on the Settings tab. Click on the Advanced button. On the General tab of the window that loads, select "Apply the new display settings without restarting."

If this is your problem, you are gaming at a different resolution than what is being used by your OS.

Good luck.

I hope so. I'm thinking of buying a Surround Sound Card anyway...
