Hello,
When installing Office 2000 on Windows XP I do receive the following error in the middle of the installation: " The windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files". I checked the Microsoft pages and found some info on protected files in XP but nothing that could solve my problem. Does somebody have any idea.
