XP Professional Sharing Problem

I have recently added 2 XP Professional workstations to my mixed (95, 98, NT, 2000) network. The 1st one set up great--can see all other PC's and can share files & printers. The 2nd one can be seen but cannot share files or printers even though file & print sharing is allowed. When trying to access this one from my Win 98se machine, I get an error message saying \\Name is not accessible. The logon server cannot be found. The only difference between the 2 PC's is the 1st one logs into a Win2K domain and the 2nd one logs into the same domain but needs to share a folder on a Win NT 4.0 server as well. Any ideas??? Please let me know if you need more information.

Thanks for the hint--unfortunately I have already done that. The plot thickens though...I can access the 2nd XP Pro machine when logged in as Administrator from an NT 4.0 machine, but I cannot access it at all as an NT user or from my Win 98SE machine. I have no problem accessing the other XP Pro machine. I have checked and double checked so many settings that I am starting to confuse myself!!!
